A graduate of Dauphine University and ESCP, she has nearly 15 years' experience in the fields of corporate strategy and transformation and mergers and acquisitions. Up until September 2017 she held the position of Strategy and Development Director at Keyrus Biopharma. Camille has previously worked within the Eurofins Group as head of mergers and acquisitions in France. She has notably worked on the acquisitions of Biomnis (revenues of €220m) and Bio-Access (revenues of €140m), which enabled the Group to break into the medical biology sector in Europe.
A graduate of ESSEC with a PhD in Life Science, she has 25 years' experience in the field of clinical research strategy and management. She took on senior management positions in subsidiaries of international CROs (e.g. ICON, PPD - with a staff of over 220 employees). Mirella has also occupied an operational role, supervizing multidisciplinary teams on international projects. A former general secretary of the AFCROs, she plays a key role in the optimization of clinical research in France.
A bioengineer and graduate of UCL, he has more than 20 years' experience in the health care industries. He has notably held management and executive positions in various multinationals such as Abbott and Alexion, before applying his experience for the benefit of small- and medium-sized companies in the field of medical devices. More recently, Hugues has developed strategic partnerships with large American biopharmaceutical groups as part of the logistical management of their clinical studies.
Holding a master (DESS) from Montpellier in Statistical Methods applied to the Agri-food, Agronomic, and Pharmaceuticals Industries, she has more than 20 years' experience in the Health Care field. Having worked at Keyrus Biopharma for 17 years, she now holds the position of Director of the service centers (FPS), managing nearly a hundred people in 9 centers at 4 sites in France and internationally. She previously held the post of Consulting Manager at Keyrus Biopharma as well as other management posts during transition periods (Human Resources and Innovation).
Brigitte received her Baccalaureate in Sciences in 1992 and her Master Degree at the University of Montreal in 2006. She has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She commenced her career as a Clinical Research Associate located at the Eli Lilly head office in Toronto then she moved to a Clinical Scientist position. She concluded her career with Eli Lilly leading business development and strategic planning. In 2001, she joined Innovaderm Research as the Director of Clinical Operations and has been in managing position since then. She founded MedQualis, acquired by Keyrus Biopharma in January 2016.
